For several years, Vine Neighborhood Association has applied for and received funding from Building Blocks.   The funds are then focused on a one to two block area with the goal to improve the streetscape while building community among the neighbors.  Many residents have stated they have received numerous benefits for participating in Building Blocks.  Many residents on the block build strong long lasting friendships and continue to work on streetscape revitalization for years to come.
