A portion of Vine Neighborhood is included in the Partners Building Community (PBC) Crosstown Project area.  Residents who live in the area of S. Park street from Cedar to Crosstown Parkway and east of S. Park Street to S. Burdick are included in the target area.  Great things are happening in the target area including, mini-grants to support streetscape housing improvements, youth programming and art.  VINE maintains an active role in the initiatives and looks forward to many more successful PBC projects.
