Welcome Back Celebration |

In 2003 Vine Neighborhood Association decided to host a party for all returning college students in Vine Neighborhood. It was a huge success. Returning students come and have a rib and chicken dinner while eating with the permanent residents of the neighborhood. In addition, many special guests attend including County Commissioners, WMU President Bailey and many others. The Welcome Back Celebration is a wonderful event to kick off the school year on a positive note. |
